couldn’t sleep and they mentioned the renovations after charging the costs from my card and refused to refund me 8 night

Worst hotel experience ever Drilling and renovationsPlus worst service at the counter from the two guys that work thereHopefully I will get my refund because this literally scamming the clients.

They only messaged after payment was made to inform me that there is renovations going on, would not have booked if I was told about the noise dust and inconvenience

There is no any service to like

The hotel room a/c is not working, the bathroom is not clean, the shower tub is very small, and the tawal is not clean.

The staff's behavior was excellent

I always choose this hotel to stay in Dubai, but this time I booked an economy room for three nights and this room was so small that it was difficult to walk inside and more importantly, the air conditioner was not cooling well, so the hotel had to change three rooms so that one room was better than the previous ones. However, the rooms I booked in the past were both large and comfortable, but I was not satisfied with these economy rooms.

I liked the budget rooms they are So good they feel like you are not on a budget, the lady at the reception has impeccable customer service together door man, the short one

The rooms where very well maintained and the Staff where extremely friendly and welcoming and very helpful

I’ve visited Carlton a few times, and I must say the hotel is very calm and peaceful. The staff are friendly and professional. During my last two visits, the check-in was handled by a smart Indian gentleman who kindly upgraded me to a suite, even though I was only staying for a night. I really appreciate his gesture. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon

I loved the services, the staff were so humble and ready to help, the breakfast was wonderful l aslo had food at the restaurant and it was wonderful. Although the bathroom need a bit of renovation, a part from that everything was fine. If your in Dubai and looking for a budget friendly hotel to stay this is the place to stay.

AC was terribly noisy, room was not sound proof, I could hear noise from the next room & smell the cigarette smoke because the Connecting door was not sealed properly, Yet I must appreciate the hospitality efforts specially from Housekeeping guy Ismail, Nimrit from F&B and the security Farhan also the room service team. I forgot the name but room service Arabic guy need to be trained.Overall stay was okay

They made a mistake on my reservation, I booked for breakfast but they didn't include it

Check in was not good, taken so long, also waiting so long to open the parking area to park my car. Smoking smell inside the room, and two single bed instead of queen, all of my reservation was wrong

storage for purchase good not good needs improvement . Very dust and no cooling system provided as circulation of air is not good at all.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. On the first day, there was no hot water in the room. We were exhausted and desperately needed a shower, but this was not possible, which was very frustrating. On the second night, the noise level was extremely high. I could clearly hear the guest in the next room throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. That said, the hotel itself is beautiful and well-located — close to restaurants, shops, and the metro, which is very convenient.

When we arrive the room wasnt ready and told us it will be ready on 2:30 , at 3 they preper only one room . Also they told us there is no booking for you we already paid the hole amount not only book.
